“Room was in general lovely and clean however, there had been something splashed up the wall next to the bed which needed a good wipe! Location was great for what I needed and onsite pub handy. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Nice and easy check-in and out. Food in pub was good.”

“Hotel is well placed in centre of Kings Lynn and although there is no on site parking there is plenty available nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room although basic was fine and we would happily stay at the property again but in a different room. The King Suite where we stayed was directly over the kitchen which in itself wasn’t a problem - the problem was the constant beat from the chefs music which boomed in the room from 9.15am when they presumably started work until the kitchen...

“Lovely property with very nice and helpful staff. Food and drink was excellent. Just unfortunate that the room was so hot. It was a warm day but considering it was April and a 20-22C day I was shocked how uncomfortable the room felt. Portable AC is provided but not overly effective. ”

“Very beautiful stay! Very peaceful and relaxing!! Definitely worth the value! It was very Cosy, and when lighting the fire it heated up the whole pod very easily! Hot tub was really relaxing, easy steps and instructions on how to use it and the fireplace. Each pod had box’s for you to buy wood from by scanning the QR code so no need to leave your pod!! The pod came with a very nice bed and lovely bedding! Soft pillows and duvet. Tv provided with channels, Netflix, YouTube etc. Very cosy at night...

“Friendly welcome, check-in desk in an awkward place, feel like your in the way of the bar staff or customers queuing the bar. Causing an obstruction with suitcases for someone wherever you stand. Room spacious and clean, plenty of tea, cofee milk etc provided. Had dinner, which was good and even had a go at the quiz! Breakfast the following morning was ok. There seemed to be some sort of staff meeting going on at one part of the dining room, and so there wasnt much instruction on what to do with...

“English breakfast and cereals. Could do with fresh fruit and pastries. Chair was very old in room and bathroom was super tight. Parking was free and good but amenities need improvement ”

“I am a bit late in leaving this review as I don’t usually leave them but this B&B is amazing! Me and my partner stayed at the vine B&B in August for 1 night as we were at a wedding reception near by. From start to finish the experience was amazing”
