"Decent hotel, clean room, nice staff, location is not bad"

"This is definitely NOT a five-star hotel. They should lower their rating system. The room, carpet and bathroom is outdated. Plus they charge for the fitness gym and the sauna. I was shocked that 5 star hotel does not provide a free gym access. Also as a Expedia platinum member, they give you free welcome drink but it's only for take out. I asked the coffee shop employee if I could sit down and drink my coffee, and she said "No". She said I cannot sit down and drink my coffee, I can only take it out. Another thing during the check in, I asked if I could use the spa that's attached to hotel. The front person said just tell the spa your room number. I thought it was included because she did not mentioned the price, and it turned out you get a discount price not free. Overall the service, amenities and cleanness is not met with my expectation. If it was 4 or 3 star hotel I would understand but not when it's promoted for 5 star."

"Some staff don't speak English well. The room was somewhat clean, although there was some debris on the sofa, and a soap envelope behind the sink. Bedding was clean. Some previous guest smoked in the toilet room, it had a lingering cigarette smell. In general OK."

"Staffs doesn’t speak much English so I used translation app. Room is clean overall. Standing shower screen has gap below so will wet bathroom/ washroom floor after shower. That’s deal breaker for me. Does not have different type of towels, 1 stack of towels for floor/ hand/ face/ bath. I didn’t use them other than for floor since it gets wet. I have my own towel so that didn’t bother me as much. Bedsheets has some stains, but I just live with it, didn’t ask for change. Bed is quite comfy. There’s a step going up to room so if you have heavy baggage, slight lifting is needed. Overall not bad for the price. "

"Amazing value for what we paid. The room was beautiful and quality Used a phone interpreter and communication was fine. I'm vegetarian so food was more difficult for me but if you eat meat you will be fine. Many smaller restaurants and convenience stores. Train station a block away. The underground is very convenient my only concern is that it was a little far from attractions. However it allows us to explore other areas and we do not mind taking public transportation as it allows us to immerse in the culture."

"The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window advising not to throw cigarette butt out the window. There were zero western electric outlets. Provided usb outlets were non functioning in either room. Towels povided wre hand towels no bath towels on premises. "Breakfast included" was hot water, ramen, and boiled eggs. All in all, a miserable stay and the mouthy young staffer is the worst. Not recommended for westerners. "
