“Where do I start? The maintenance crew would be where to start. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was very loose and moving around, the toilet was running, but my husband fixed that. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles provided. ”

“Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have the typical icky hotel smell. There had been a lot of rain recently so it would have been beneficial to have a rug when you walk into the room to keep the floor dry and from getting dirty. A towel by the shower door would have been helpful too. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall, for the price, I’d stay there again. ”

“The room was terrible and not properly cleaned! Towels were stained with hair on several of them as well as the wash clothes! The toilet was severely stained inside the toilet bowl. The tub was stained as well as paint peeling in the inside of the tub! The sink water took over 5 minutes to get warm! The towel holder was dirty and dusty! The remote to the TV was dirty, sticky, and stained, i didn't even touch it! The fridge and microwave was dirty inside and out! This was the most terrible...

“Room was very outdated lighting in the bathroom is horrible,no vent in bathroom to suck the steam out when ur getting a shower, floors in the whole room felt dirty like they wasn't mopped , mattress was very hard”

The staff was not friendly to my son and his family while they stayed there for 8 nights in the middle of moving from one home to another. They stared at them everytime they went to use the microwave to heat up the food that they had to eat. If they asked for a towel, they would give him one, knowing that there was 4 people in the room. “The hotel is easy to locate and has plenty of lit parking. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Our 2 queen room "suite" was great.
