Great value city centre property, perfect for myself and teenage son on our European trip. Safe, clean and modern - air con would be an added bonus but the large stand fan done us fine. Will definitely return and happy to recommend!

A bit worn out.

The good things first. Nice and easy to find, tram right at the door and a large room with a large bed. Central location. But..... Everything appears worn and poorly maintained. For example, all the faucets were loose and parts of the fittings were missing. The attached balcony was overgrown with weeds and grass and there was also a wild tree growing there. There was no outdoor furniture or table so it was possible to use the balcony to eat on.

Good apartment with all needed. Located in the center of Berlin so convenient but very noisy. Only a door was separating our apartment to the neighbors, we could hear them very loud - same for the chairs on the floor. Challenging check-in.

Convenient modern apartments in central Berlin

These apartments were in a great location near Alexanderplatz. We were on the 5th floor with our window and balcony facing towards the courtyard which was perfect, no noise. Room was well heated, clean, bright, modern. Had everything you would need. Maybe an extra towel would have been nice but was fine. Bath was nice and big, good water pressure, warm water. Cant say anything bad.

The apartments are located around the centre of Berlin and the code-accessed doors are amazing. Unfortunately, that’s where the good stuff end. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a strong smell of mold. It was coming from the bathroom but it filled the whole room and did not leave until the end of our trip. Both sinks’ tips were encrusted. We had to share only one duvet because there were no extra duvets or pillows..In the other hand, the view is beautiful and gives atmospheric vibes. Everything nearby is reachable by foot, like grocery stores and shopping centers - as well as historical sites.

The location was quite good overall, although a coffee was a good 10 minutes away. There is a coffee machine in the apartment, but considering the cleanliness of the rest of the apartment I wasn't confident in using it. The apartment would be fine apart from a bit more maintenance and a thorough clean. I should also add that if it wasn't for LastMinute pushing the operators to provide us access to the apartment, we probably would have end up on the street the first night. We booked months before and the email we needed to provide documents to gain access to the apartment turned up the same day we were due to check in. That was only after I chased it up through Last Minute support

Meh.

The apartment was clean and spacious. There seemed to be ventilators but they did not really keep the apartment cool (though this is typical in Berlin, I think). Problem #1: there was no shampoo or shower gel -- which is supposed to be provided. Problem #2: the sink in the bathroom only had hot water, which became boiling hot within seconds. Problem #3: In an entire week, the repairman never came; only a cleaner who brought shampoo and conditioner (which was already there) but no shower gel. Multiple emails sent to customer service didn't result in the faucet being fixed. We ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink, which is fine, I guess. So: terrible communication from a distance (customer service seems to be based in Poland). However, if everything is fine in the room and it's not too hot and humid outside and you don't need anything, it's a good deal for the price and the convenient location.

Security for this place is lacking. Anyone can come in and out. They don't hold guests to the same standards. It would be fine that the place is contactless if it was secure, but it's not. Cleaning needs to do better.

The property has very big potential, if receptionists were more friendly, They seem really fed up with guests requesting to check in earlier than 3;00 pm, which makes sense.. check-in at 3:00 pm should be banned! Especially when you ask guests to check out at 10:00 am! The reception was closed during the weekend so you cannot even leave the luggage. The room was clean and nice, equipped with everything needed.

The apartment was clean and well appointed, as was the interior of the building. Unfortunately this was let down by the overflowing rubbish bins ( I assume from the premises next door) which we had to walk past each time we entered and left. Also smokers are accommodated at the entrance and the large ashtray/bin was directly under the entrance keypad. Not a good impression.

Since the property doesn’t have Air Conditioning, we were forced to keep the window open the entire time just so it wouldn’t be too warm, but the surrounding area was incredibly loud. There was also no luggage storage offered on travel days.

Despite reporting there was no soap in the dispenser, also the bathroom door was jammed.There was roaring very high decibel noise of trams whole night which led to disturbed sleep.
