"18.15 pm and no one at reception. Have to call someone to come over from SPA. 4* and no restaurant service in the evening. Could not figure out if invoice was already pre-paid or not, morning reception only available from 9.00 am and remote control in room not working."

"This was the most amazing property. The rooms are all very different and we did have an issue on our first night with noise and the room temperature (it was unseasonably hot and there is no AC). We were moved to a new room in the same category that was so amazing. Would stay again, great spot and wonderful spa area!"

"Such a cute little property. We stayed for one night as a travelling group of three females. We stayed in a room made up for three and it was so cosy and well presented. Staff were really friendly and super happy to have us there. Would recommend particularly for the cable car to Oeschien which is literally across the road! Excellent, thankyou! "
