I recently reserved this room for my guests and it turns out to be extremely disappointing. The room had a strong smell of smoke, and the cleanliness was below standard. Additionally, our guests felt unsafe at a hotel, prompting them to leave after just 5 hours without any sleep. Despite reaching out to the hotel staff, their concerns were ignored. When I tried to contact the staff myself, I was abruptly disconnected and later unable to reach anyone. Conclusion: This is an expensive hotle and definitely not worth every dime!

We stayed here only one night. Typically, it is for people who are staying long term. The suite was nice, but one of the two doors that led into the bathroom didn't latch. The complimentary breakfast was severely lacking- consisted of instant oatmeal, coffee, and nutrigrain bars and the selection was skimpy at best. Checking in was great, very helpful staff. However, the morning staff left much to be desired. I went to check out and the guy behind the desk finally looked at me and said that he was checking out and proceeded to do just that. I waited thinking that someone was going to show up shortly. After a few minutes the maintenance man walked by and informed me and the other 2 people that had shown up at the desk that there wouldn't be anybody at the desk for 30 minutes. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting me a refund. The room just didn't smell clean or feel clean. Maybe adding bleach would help. Once I finally finished unpacking my truck I saw 2 roaches and just started reloading my truck. The woman at the front desk understood and gave me a refund without any question. The door to the outside that you would need a card to swipe to get in was rigged to stay open, people were walking around the hallways without shoes on and looked and smelled horrible.

My overall experience is neutral. The price is affordable if you’re on a budget. My dealbreaker is the roaches. We were there for a couple weeks and only started seeing some roaches in the restroom the last week so I do believe they treat for pests. Also, the halls on my floor smelled like a nasty pet odor. When housekeeping sprays it is kind of bearable, but the odor is atrocious when it’s present. The laundry facility is clean and washes clothing thoroughly. I would probably stay again because my room was clean BUT not for an extended stay if the roach issue persists. The staff is always helpful.

Dog poop EVERYWHERE surrounding the property. It feels and looks nasty and filthy. The elevators are always wet and nasty. This place needs to be bleached and disinfected. 2nd and 3rd floors smell like someone with Pets does not clean up after them. The place is a pig sty. The only good thing is I have not seen any pests in my room.

We complained about the hair dryer on the first day. Hair dryer was broken. Second complain was sink water drained slowly (clogged sink). No body addressed none of the issue after complaining three times. We were there for two nights. Both the issue we informed in our first night, then next morning and at night.

We only lasted one night. My wife saw cockroaches in our room and we asked for a refund. The guy at the desk was understanding an helpful and gave us our money back without a hassle.

Rooms are large and comfortable. It’s quiet here - never hear any noise from from outside my suite. Staff is very helpful. Bring your own food and snacks. No coffee shop, restaurant or room service. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a mile or two.

Worst stay ever
The room had very little to be desired. The only plus was the bathroom was clean. The mattress was worn out so bad, that when you sat on it, it sank to the floor. The two drawers to put clothes in were filthy eith dirt snd dead bug carcasses. What we didn't realize is that they were dead bedbugs. When we found two live bugs in our bed the next morning. In addition, there was no trash cans in the room and no clothes hangars. Also, the carpet was nasty and my husband had to connect the cable to the TV. What a mess. No other rooms available to go to.

This hotel was probably one of the worst I have ever stayed at. When I arrived around 10:30 PM from a late flight, there were several people screaming in the hallway on the first floor as I was checking in. The front desk guy quieted them down and put me in a room on the third floor. When I got up to the third floor, there were dogs barking And what sounded like very loud arguing. Once I got into my room, I noticed lots of stains on the floor and a very old shower curtain in the bathroom. I took a shower anyway and then noticed as I pulled the sheets down that there were hair in the sheets. I requested new sheets from the front desk and made the bed again myself. I didn’t sleep very good that night and then the next morning I woke up and there were a few bugs in the bathroom, big bugs, like roaches, needless to say I will never stay here again and I would never recommend it to anyone

Counters were worn and dirty. Stove didnt work. Floor felt like it missed a mopping. Cobb webs in bathroom. Bugs in tub. "Grab and go" breakfast was stale muffins, rock hard granola bars, and instant oatmeal. Coffe was weak and tasted like the same grounds were used for several days. Beds and pillows were ok, but the frame is the cheapest one available and shook and creeked with the slightest movement. There was an odor to the room that got into all my clothes. Hotel is CARD ONLY, no cash payment

Very poor customer service and experience
Not soo good. After driving 6 hours to get there, i had to wait for an hour and a half for a room to be ready. After all that the room was not clean because it was rushed. There were spiders in the windows and the walls, all sinks in the room had no drain stoppers, ants all over the kitchenette area.

I understand the ESA is a discount place, but they could do a lot better. The parking lot is where old Uber cars go to die. There were at least a dozen, and it takes away from parking spots for paying customers. Not a disaster, but unsightly. Trash in halls was a problem, and trash gets put at the bottom of stairwell for disposal the next day. It's August, and it gets smelly. Other than that, it's OK. A bed and a couch is all I need. Probably wouldn't return, but also realize that you get what you pay for.

The countertops, tables tops and floor were still sticky and dirty from prior tenants. There were wet towels left hanging on the tub. The window was open w/o a screen. We asked for silverware, according to the card on the counter, stated that we need to call and they’d be delivered. I asked at the desk and the answer I received was ‘no…. We don’t do that here.’ I asked for a plastic spoon instead. That, they had. There was no coffee made by 7 am.

A really bad experience.
The worst experience ever. I feel like we got robbed of our money. The room was dirty, the shower not clean at all, had a bad smell. Unfortunately it was too late for us to look for something else. I honestly would look for a different place next time. Just look at the picture.

The air conditioning did not work and it was 85. Still waiting on the refund I was promised after checking out due to no other rooms and not being able to stay there for the night.
