“This hotel was a pleasant surprise for the room decor, in room amenities, etc. But the negatives were the overpriced parking costs and also the location. The vagrants, homeless, drug addicts all around the entrance, alley ways, public areas in front of the hotel were disgusting. They even keep the main door locked cause of all the issues. Venice beach in general is disgusting. They really need to clean up that area to be charging those kind of prices.”

“This place would be amazing for families! We were upgraded to these apartment suites they have in an adjacent building. Had a full kitchen, living room with pullout and even its own patio! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel has tons of beach equipment to loan out too! We were set! Highly recommend!”

“Our room A/C was not working. The staff kindly helped us but there was no solution other than open the windows. Therefore, we slept with opened window and lots of noise and smells of weed together all night. As long as the price for the room in a day. Hotel shold check the room condition all time before customer came. This hotel was most expensive one in entire our US travel and it was the only one with no AC”
