โIf you really want to enjoy your vacation, donโt ever visit this place & meet such people. They are bunch of liars, crooks & cheaters and they know nothing about customer service. If there was zero in the overall score, I would have given it to them.โ
โAn interesting destination especially for kids with lots of activities to do (e.g. Aqua Parks, Amusement Parks, Wave Pool, Video Games, etc.)
My only concern is that the amusement parks and video games are against extra charge.โ

โWe had a great time as a family of 5 in the resort for ten nights. There is plenty to do with the kids including aqua aerobics, Zumba, volleyball, tennis, mini golf, belly dancing and a wide choice of swimming pools and water slides (we counted 11 in total). Drinks and refreshments were easy to reach and the main restaurant offers great variety and options. "Prima Life is the best resort I've ever stayed. The room is very clean and has each terrace. The swimming pool is very wide and clean. The most wonderful thing is the private beach, which has a lot of tropical fish. Concierges are very helpful and kind.
