“What a little Gem this place is. Immaculately clean. Beautiful room, with everything you need. Easy check in. Communication was great. Was even given a txt an hour before our check in time to say room was ready. We will definitely be back!”
“Room needs some tlc. Wallpaper coming away from walls & ceiling. Shower needs updating. Boiling kettle under tv not a good idea (I moved it away) Room clean & bed so comfortable.
Staff excellent from reception to bar & serving staff. Food great, enjoyed the two course meal. Colne not far away with shops & a theatre. Had a good stay overnight.”
“Love these older style hotels. There has clearly been recent refurbishment and the reception and staircase look great and in keeping with su a property. The standard room we stayed in was basic and if older style but very clean. Everything worked as expected and we had a great sleep.
As there is no on site restaurant the foyer and downstairs area lack a bit of ambience and I would suggest some music be played to make it a bit more welcoming
