"Great stay. The room was clean and had a great view. The breakfast was tasty and there was no queue to get in. Staff were helpful and we were able to put the car in the carpark on the morning we arrived. It would have been nice if the tables at breakfast were wiped between sittings rather than the crumbs just being swept with a hand onto the chairs."

"It is a beautiful property surrounded by a nice golf course. The room was a good size with a pleasant bathroom with a bath. The room itself smelt a bit damp. It was a dog friendly room so that may have been the lingering smell. The beds were nice with firm mattresses. The staff were helpful."

"Room are clean and its a super quiet hotel. Even it quite busy with families parties and work contractors we couldn't hear the other guests at all. Loved the leaiure facilities and swimming and steamed room was much needed after 4 hours travelling. We ate in the restaurant since im a gym member from another branch and made use of 50% off my whole bill the pizza was delicious. Location is 10 mins from the city and used the park and ride near by which was handy really glad we did as leeds city looked a bit chaotic and bus lanes everywhere! ! Will stay again!"
