“I stayed at the Tower Building of Melia Ho Tram for three nights. Unfortunately, communication with the hotel reception staff was quite difficult because their English was limited. The staff at the other restaurants, Breeza and Sasa, also had difficulty communicating in English, with Muoi being the only exception. There is practically nothing around the resort, and surprisingly, there isn't even a convenient place within the resort where you can buy something as basic as bottled water. Due to...

“다 좋았는데 커피머신이 고장이었고 수리가 완벽하지 않았어요. 주방엔 날파리가 조금 있었고 나머진 좋았어요”

“I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel at The Grand Ho Tram for three nights. Most of the guests appeared to be Chinese tourists and local Vietnamese visitors. The cleanliness of the room was generally good, but I felt that the overall quality fell slightly short of what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Guests can use both the InterContinental swimming pool and the Holiday Inn swimming pool. Both pools have a depth of around 1.2 meters, which is more than adequate for enjoying a...

“Beautiful scenery, kind staffs, wonderful swimming pools, great foods. I love this place. ”

“Staffs and services are good, but the room has mosquitoes. The AC hasn't cooled enough”

“Hồ bơi sạch và to. Nhà rộng, thoáng, mát. Chủ nhà dễ thương”

“The property itself is very spacious and clean, with the exception of malfunctioning sliding doors to the backyard/pool area, which leads to the gate to the community area in the back. This would have been extremely unsafe if the area was busy. However, due to COVID, all constructions were halted, possibly for years, and the whole area looked deserted. The 2 restaurants on-site are closed. So are the retails/restaurants along the main street outside of the resort, made it very inconvenient when...

“Love the view here”

“Cottage Hồ Tràm thì quá đỉnh rùi, ko cần phải nói nhiều. Nhìn cách bày trí là chắc chắn sẽ có nhiều lần quay lại đây ở tiếp, được thêm cái nhân viên dễ thương nữa nên mình ưng lắm”

“My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. The trip back to my hometown with my best friend was terrible because I chose the wrong motel.”
