“Spacious room”

“눈많이 온 새벽시간에 공항 픽업 와주셔서 고마웠고, 숙소 옮기기전 짐을 몇시간 맡길수 있어서 좋았습니다.”

“All the hotel staff were kind and friendly. I had some questions about the amenities in the hotel room, so I went to the front desk a few times to ask, and everyone explained everything to me very politely. When I told them I didn't know how to turn on the hot water in the bathtub, a maintenance technician came up to my room to show me how, and since part of the bathroom fixture was broken, he fixed it right then and there. “객실 상태 비교적 깨끗한 편”

“Fantastic hotel! Usually suburb lodge is too old and dirty, but this hotel is really clean and trendy! Like a gallery! And moreover yesterday I watched aurora in my room! It's incredible location to catch aurora. You don't need to drive away to catch aurora in the middle of night! Just enjoy aurora in the room. Finally every staff is very kind, they are good listener and gave me lots of information to travel Fairbanks. I really appreciate it. 100% reccomend hotel! I definitely come again.”

I had to ask if I could wait in the lobby/living room, and the person in charge agreed. An hour and so later, she showed up. Expedia says breakfast is included; I never saw a trace of food—only coffee. Walls are paper-thin, so you can hear your neighbors arguing. On my second day, the cleaning staff knocked on my door...
