โReception staff on arrival was really great / polite / friendly, didnโt get her name but was from Argentina, then next night was a Greek girl sorry no name again , also same polite / friendly, the breakfast staff really friendly also , canโt fault them , highly recommend โ

โTypically stay at Wide Hotel but tried this one out since they have a kitchen and more of an apartment layout. It was incredible! Beautiful layout, great size kitchen, bedroom and living room area. We loved it so much we didnโt want to leave the space! โ

โThe pool was amazing! It is located a walkable distance from many amazing areas. The staff was super helpful, Maya was very accommodating and gave us great recommendations.โ
"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staffโs attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldnโt find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, itโs very noisy, and when you close them, itโs hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend.โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ"
