When I asked for it to be looked into, it never happened. And when I pointed that out as I checked out, no apology or attempt to make things right was made. Unsure if I'll return."

"The room was OK pillows were very uncomfortable but the shower and the sink never produced any hot water. I ran the hot water for about 15 minutes and still nothing came out. I was very disappointed that made my whole night and morning awful."
