"The room was OK pillows were very uncomfortable but the shower and the sink never produced any hot water. I ran the hot water for about 15 minutes and still nothing came out. I was very disappointed that made my whole night and morning awful."

"Check in is 3:00, when checking in at 3:30 the rooms weren’t ready so we waited for an hour. Rooms still weren’t ready. Elevator was broken and we were moved from the 2nd floor to the 3rd or we would have to wait another hour to get in the rooms. No discount offered. Very inconvenient when needing to stay on schedule."
