โThe hot tub was so relaxing. The staff even left it open a little later than usual for me and my wife because several children were in the pool all day. That was going above and beyond. โ
โI left a briefcase with my laptop in the hotel room and did not discover that until I was a 12 hour drive away. I called the hotel and they had nothing turned into list & found. But the front desk said housekeeping has a separate log and they would check in the morning. But 5 mins later I get a text saying housekeeping has the bag and laptop! How honest and trustworthy!
The hotel even had a service for me to get the laptop and briefcase returned within a couple days. Two days later it was air...
โIt smelled good as you entered and hallways, elevators, and our room was very clean. We stayed in a king room with a pullout sofa. I really liked the layout. The closet area had shelves and drawers with great places to put our things. Extra chairs, and a long desk/table space. Very comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful. โ
โOverall stay alright had little trouble during re. Checking back in I work over nights so I had just went to sleep from dropping my kids off at day care so I can can get rest for the park and hear a knock at the door for checking out but I already had paid in advanced for two weeks so was little cranky for the MIs communication and being woken but over rall I havenโt seen any roaches yet so I cannot complain I appreciate the welcoming arm to me and my children โ
โThe place was sufficient and the neighborhood was decent. But I felt like the price was too high for what we got. There was no water pressure at all so we couldn't take showers, and the next morning it was as if the water was turned off completely. We couldn't even flush the toilet or wash our hands. I did email the owner and they said they'd look into it, but I felt like we should have been given a partial refund, or at least a credit for another stay.โ
โWe had a spacious room that had everything we needed: refrigerator, TV with good reception and channels. The location is great for lots of dining options. The room had black out shades. The hotel staff was very helpful. โ
