"Beautiful pool and rooftop bar area. The room was very clean and probably one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever been in. It was so nice to have a handheld shower. I give the Ellison five stars across the board and with very definitely stay here again."

"The room was absolutely disgusting. Unfinished walls, stains on both chairs. No sealant on the walls of the shower, with no fan in the bathroom which assuredly is a breeding ground for mold. Still a towel hanging up the bathroom, which made me think it wasn’t properly cleaned. Toilet wouldn’t stop running either. The head board of the bed was all stained, I brought my own blanket and pillow because I refused to get into that bed. The hotel was overall run down. Broken floor tiles in the elevator, rickety luggage cart that almost fell apart. This hotel is the filthiest thing I’ve ever experienced. "

There is a substantial discrepancy between the advertised room and pool area and the reality of the grime and poor maintenance I encountered. It was so unsanitary that I left immediately. I am now seeking a refund for a service that was 'not as described.' Total bait-and-switch."

"Cheap stay. Outdated its definitely for budget traveler. Bed comfy. Location great. For $50 a night is better than other motels in the same price range. AC works fine just take sometime to cool off. Warm when check in"
