"Nice staff from the front desk to the restaurant, and even the maintenance team were very helpful. They have a good breakfast, and you also have the option to choose a hot breakfast made for you. "The room was very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. This was my second time staying there and i enjoyed it very much."

"There were no arrival instructions. Had to make phone calls to figure out how to get inside. Once inside realized there was no private entrance. The space had not been properly cleaned. There were cleaning supplies left out on the counter and dirty towels in a basket near the shower. We found another place to stay and asked for a refund which we did receive."

Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in."
