"Wonderful rooftop area for breakfast and for chilling after a long day. Spring for the hot breakfast as the continental breakfast is a bit wanting and the hot breakfast will hold you over until dinner, or at least a late afternoon visit to a taqueria. Very nice location, a different scene from the city center. If you are sensitive to scents, be sure to inform them ahead of time as their cleaning products definitely have a strong smell. "

"Very spacious and comfortable suite. Staff was very helpful and nice. There is a Starbucks at entrance and a great local coffee shop/bakery next door. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Condesa is a great neighborhood, and a reasonable walk to Roma Norte, another great neighborhood, as well as the big park and museums. The rooftop deck is really nice too. "

"Our room was beautiful, overlooking Parque Mexico and the flowering jacaranda trees. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning and herbal tea at night, sitting on our balcony or the gorgeous rooftop terrace. It was very convenient to be able to do our laundry before moving to our next location. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience. "

The Flower Shop in the lobby was a great spot to grab tea/coffee every morning. Great location. Many nice restaurants within walking distance as well as a beautiful park."

"The staff was wonderful. Saul was very helpful each time I needed help. His attitude was excellent. With the language barrier, he helped me directions and ordering a shared ride. Another staffer (Eve or Evelyn??; can’t remember the exact name). She helped me check in and answered all my questions with a very positive attitude. The place was clean and well equipped. "Room was large and clean. Great location and super easy to get around the city from there. Communication was poor prior to check in, but once you get the app access for the check in and check out. All of that was simple. "
