“Perfect apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to shops and restaurants and of course the pier. Well used spaces”

“It was just amazing, best place I’ve stayed in. Everything was there what you needed , loved the coffee , loved the hamper , will be returning next year ☺️❤️”

“Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!”

“Very clean and in great location. Sue is a very professional and friendly host. If we are in the area again would definitely stay here again. Oh, great coffee at breakfast”

“Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, ”

“Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.”

“We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

“The room was clean and spacious, with a spacious bathroom. There was a patio door that led up to a decking area and a roof terrace. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of cold and hot breakfast items.”

“The room was clean and tidy. The carpet in the communal area was dirty and smelled. The hotel pool was very cold indeed. It also had a dirty plaster floating in it with blood on. The changing room floor was dirty. We did report these things. The hotel has changed a number of things since we last stayed. They now charge for towels for the pool which we were not impressed by. They have stopped doing free coffees from the machine in a morning, which used to be a nice touch too. We have stayed here...

“Friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast , good location. I enjoyed my stay here !”

“Absolutely lovely apartment. Felt more like a bungalow. Big airy rooms, well equipped kitchen and a lovely outside space . Would definitely recommend xxx”

“Super host and great variety at breakfast. Felt very looked after and welcomed. Room clean with adequate shower and plenty of lovely little extras. Only negative was the pillow was a little lumpy and duvet a little heavy, had a very hot night even with the fan in the room. Couldn't open window because of noise from the seagulls! That said I would recommend a stay here. Lot better than other b&bs I've tried in Blackpool and very central.”
