Our room was extremely hot. It was during a heatwave, but the window was only small. Very tiny bathroom. The stairs were awful too. We didn't know about them until we got there. My husband has bad hips so found them really difficult. We were on the second floor room 15. The breakfast was lovely, not too much and the staff were really nice and helpful. Good parking. The place could do with a make over as it is a bit dated and air conditioning would make it more comfortable.

Gary ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das full english breakfast ist sehr gut. In der Bar kann man etwas trinken und Snacks essen. Kartenzahlung erst ab 5 GBP möglich. Die Zimmer sind unter der Woche günstig, aber klein. Sehr auf das Partyvolk ausgelegt, für das Blackpool berühmt ist. Das Doppelbett ist schmal. Leider keine Stromanschlüsse in Bettnähe und keine Lampe über dem Lavabo, das sich im Zimmer befindet. Die Dusche ist gut Es hat drei Parkplätze vor dem Haus, die je GBP 10 kosten. Perfekte Lage für den Strand und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie den Blackpool Tower.

Clean room tea coffee making stuff towels in the room, bar downstairs with a pool table .. By far the best breakfast ive had in blackpool cereal juice tea coffee and a full English to a very high standard .. Parking on site "around 10 spaces" £5 a night very cheap .. Will definitely be booking again..

A decent B&B within easy walking distance of the front, Tower, town centre and Winter Gardens. Parking availability was a bonus (at a small surcharge), which all in all made for a convenient and pleasant stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - better than expected. The only downsides really were 1) having to haul luggage up 3 floors of stairs, 2) being tall, not being able to stand up properly in the shower. All things considered though, a recommended place to stay in Blackpool.

Have stayed here before and got the same room a year later. Hotel close to venue, extra parking around the back of hotel (extra £5 per night) and the breakfadt was good (you can ask for more if required). On site, states breakfast until 10am when its actually only until 9.30. Staff made aware of this.

I've stayed in several bed and breakfast hotels on Blackpool and this was the best one. Still the same homey atmosphere but more professionally run. The usual creaky stairs and narrow corridors but renovated to a higher standard. Our "small" room was bigger than I expected and had a nicely tiled bathroom with a modern shower. The electrical outlets were well placed and even had smart phone plug-ins. Breakfast was really nice with lots of variety. All in all, a great stay.

The staff were so friendly and could not do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Big shout out for Gary, Laura and Abi and all the staff. The room was clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was freshly cooked. They provide safe parking for a small fee. One of the reasons we selected this accommodation was the closeness to the Tower and Sea Front. It is set back slightly so you can easily walk there but be just away from the throng of people. If we venture back to Blackpool we will certainly be hoping to reserve our accommodation here again.

Small friendly hotel.

This was the first time we had stayed here and found it to be a lovely friendly small hotel. The staff were very helpful and nothing waas too much trouble for them. The patio at the back was an added bonus and a great place to have a late night drink and watch the sun go down. Located close to the centre of Blackpool but far enough away to be peaceful. We would highly recommend Fairhaven.
