Staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean. However, the hotel car park is quite small so had to park in the road next to the hotel.

For its age the property is in fair condition. Its location is good. Good value for money.
The reception staff are fabulous. The lady at the bar on Sunday 5th October was so nice, pleasant & helpful.
The bedroom was overheated for us.
Clean & comfortable.
Thank you.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Large clean bathrooms, warm rooms with good ventilation, can get meals at hotel very good reception and bar.
We had a warm welcome from staff. The room was a little dated but spotlessly clean. Location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Saturday night Blackpool, but a team stop was right outside.
The accommodation was as described with the added bonus of a small fridge. The adjoining lounge was huge and clean. The furniture was a little low for me personally but comfy and convenient. The bathroom window could have used a blind but at least it was frosted glass.

Easy check in friendly staff clean rooms but are dated
This is a great choice when visiting Blackpool. Staff are always lovely and happy to help. It’s clean and there has been some upgrades, particularly to bedrooms. I would certainly recommend this hotel. However the room I was in Rm 124 was noisy due to the kitchen fans being switched on at 6am… by the fourth night I’d had enoug.
