โArrived at the property and there was a system outage. Multiple guests had to wait to be checked in. Khalifah, the desk agent, handled the situation like a pro. He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks. Even when some guests who were already in the hotel were being rude, he stayed professional. He even went door to door to try to determine which rooms could be used. Blessings to this young man. โThey were very nice people that own and run it they allowed us to ck in a little early and we had to switch to non-smoking room and they were very quick to meet our needs. Would definitely stay there again. โ
