“Generally the stay we had was good. Room was fine apart from the fact the carpet could do with a deep clean. This didn’t spoil our stay as we never walk around any floor without shoes. Breakfast was good and in plenty of choice. Maybe the etiquette of hotel staying could be better as some very inconsiderate guests have no consideration regarding the noise they make very late at night. Great location for Metro Centre and very close to bus stop for Newcastle. We had a lovely time.”

“Described as a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Very confusing accommodation with bathroom and toilet access or down the hall. Greeting was interesting but beds were okay for sleeping and mainly quiet. Pictures don't represent the rooms and expectations from advertising not met. Would not stay again even for one night.”

“This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, can’t fault it at all, Rooms clean and cleaned every day, bar and food in pub and pizza place attached very good. I had duck tacos and sweet potato fries twice that’s how good they were. Pizza was also good and very filling. Plenty of car parking, all staff were lovely and helpful.”

“The lady who checked in was so lovely, even took us to our room. Every member of staff asks if you need help finding anything and direct you to were you need to be. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the room stay was 10/10.”

“Room was clean but very cold couldn’t get the underfloor heating to work Breakfast was disappointing plate was oily eggs were overcooked beans were cold as if the were straight out of the tin as was the mushroom and tomato sausages ,bacon ,black pudding and hash brown were lukewarm and didn’t come with toast or fried bread”
