I wish I was able to choose 0 star, this was by far the worst resort that I have booked from Expedia. Let alone, it took 4 hours to even obtain a room when check in is scheduled for 3pm. Then when we arrived to the room, dirty linens, damaged furniture & rude customer service. The room was eventually replaced after another 2-3 hours. It’s was sad enough that as a guest kindness & patience got me nowhere. I stood at the counter for an HOUR before I was even acknowledged. Guest services, I really don’t even know why they were there… complete inconsiderate & non-compassionate about all of the inconveniences their guests endure as a whole. You can easily tell that this resort is understaffed & their employees are overwhelmed. Refused numerous times to provided management’s email/ contact info. I can count on one hand, about how many employees actually attempted to make my stay worth while. Many of the restaurants were not opened as scheduled & the food was not that pleasant. I love Jamaica but I definitely will not be returning to this resort.
