“I stayed two nights. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but the room was not cleaned. And the hotel did not do anything to me that amounted to that responsibility.”

“Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy”

“Nice hotel. Easy check in. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was better than typical standard hotel free breakfast. ”

“Very clean and affordable family hotel right on the main strip in Sevierville. It wasn’t a big thrill hotel but served it’s purpose for my family, we enjoyed ourselves.”
