"The breakfast was good. The staff were very kind. The room could have been cleaner, stains on curtains and sheets, and cobwebs all over ceiling. But overall it was pretty good."

"My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to stay here. OMG!! The staff there is TOP TIER! Best customer service I have EVER had in a hotel setting! The lobby is beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle! The moment we checked in we knew we made the right choice! The room was really nice, very clean, and the amenities were great! We plan to return for the Fall Festival in October and we will definitely be staying here!! Thank to all of the staff at Great Smokies Inn! We'll see you again soon!! ❤️"

"Started out with a 45 minute wait to check in even tho I had paid in advance and confirmed my reservation. Staff was almost nonexistent. Too big a place for so few staff, first day our room wasn’t cleaned. Valet parking took forever and there was no where to park yourself. Pool was too far to walk to and there were no evening hours(plus it was tiny). Spa was going to be another 250 a day so you were not able to use indoor pool. Rooms were sparse, with no amenities other than an old coffee machine( not very clean either) and an old tiny refrigerator. Would have been far better off at the nearby Marriott!"

"We were only here one night for a procedure the next morning at Mission Hospital, but this will now be our go to from this point forward for any future procedures. My father needs to have. It was spacious, well appointed, and laid out perfect perfectly for the number of family members that attend when these things happen."

"The room was very comfortable. A magnified mirror in the bathroom would be so appreciated. It’s time to redo the lobby to combine check-in with an inviting lounge with some good bar food. This could also include your breakfast area. Get a designer in to accomplish this. Your staff are woefully uninformed about regional parking and price."
