“The room was clean and tidy.”

“I booked this room because of the pictures online. We were married Wednesday night and checked in Thursday afternoon. We are on our 70’s. We were looking forward to setting by the fireplace in our room and enjoying the ambiance. The fireplace didn’t work. I reported it and was told “No it doesn’t work. I’ll see what I can do about it “. Nothing was fixed nor was I credited for not having a working fireplace. ”

“We do love the property, and we enjoyed our stay. Only thing I will mention is for us the bed is too firm. Nothing wrong with that but, we prefer a softer bed.”

“When we arrived at the motel, the first thing we noticed was the landscaping in front of the property, was not as it appeared on the website. It showed bright green trees, the paint on the building was not the same paint we seen on website. After checking in and getting a card to enter the room.......OMG!!! “As we drove down the long driveway, it reminded us of a horror movie it was dark very dark. Check in the lady was very nice. We checked into our room, the floor hadnt been swept, no big deal. When i che k in i always check for bugs. No bugs thats great. “I stayed at this hotel for one night for our trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The room, the bathroom and in particular the bed were clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The server in the restaurant was very kind and was making sure that every guest was enjoying the meal.
