"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. "We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! We had an issue with our rooms during check-in, but the manager Gökhan resolved everything the next day. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and how professionally the situation was handled. Once that was taken care of, we had a fantastic vacation. The resort is beautiful, with plenty of sports and activities to enjoy. The evening entertainment was fun, the food was good, and the à la carte restaurants were excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had a great time and would happily return. Thank you to the manager and the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable!"

But what truly sets this place apart is the staff, to whom I am incredibly grateful. Everyone goes above and beyond in everything they do. The attention to detail is outstanding, the rooms are spotless, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Most of all, the warmth, care, and genuine friendliness shown to every guest make you feel truly welcome and valued. It’s rare to find a place that combines such beauty, comfort, and hospitality so perfectly. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bodrum. We will be back!!"

"The beach front location, stunning views, crystal clear water, and proximity to the port is excellent. Unfortunately this is where the positives for this hotel end. The service and attention to detail is severely lacking and not consistent with what is expected of a 5 star resort. There are plenty of staff onsite, but they make little effort to greet or speak with guests, the breakfast service is utterly disorganised, and you have to constantly chase down people to get service. This is a 4 star establishment at best with a 5 star price tag. Very disappointing"
