“The place was great ”

“Clean, never saw a staff but was well informed how to get to our room (late arrival). Great experience for somewhere to cash for the night, rise early and get back onto the rd. ”

Les propriétaires et le personnel se distinguent par une grande discrétion, allant jusqu’à s’effacer pour laisser toute la place au séjour. Cette réserve pourra plaire à certains, mais elle nous a laissés avec le sentiment d’être un peu de trop. Superbe demeure de 1872, soigneusement rénovée. Chambre très confortable, malgré le léger bruit constant du calorifère.”

“Beautiful setting on the edge of the lake. The bikes available to loan were a bonus and trails easily accessible. We stayed in a villa which was fairly well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub was welcoming after a day out in the cold!. Not quite enough seating in the main lounge if the house was fully occupied though. It would also be nice if the furniture in the lounge and bedroom were orientated to take in the view rather than pointed at the hotel and other villas. The villas...

“We arrived at the hotel in the evening and at first thought it was closed because there were many cobwebs at the entrance. To enter, we had to call and get the door code. Since we don’t speak French, we were very thankful to a kind gentleman on the first floor who helped us, and thanks to him we were able to check in smoothly.
