I liked that this resort was right on the beach and super accessible. I also liked how breakfast was included. Since it is also right on the beach, there are other restaurants and activities to do near by. The staff was also pretty friendly. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner and I didn't like that we had to ask a few times to have trash picked up since there was no basic check-in. We also had a large hibernating spider inside our room and saw a rat outside when we checked in. I also didn't like that we had to haul our luggage down the beach because there is no road directly leading to the resort.

Hygiene was not highly practiced in terms of food when they served, not covered, the table sheets looks dirty, the kitchen persons don’t wear hygiene proper uniforms . Bed sheets and towels was torn , discoloured and very old. The public toilets was dirty.

Staff were all accommodating and helpful. I booked two rooms. They are fine except the leaking aircon on our balcony. Generally we had a good stay.

Tuppresort!

Fick ett rum på fjärde våningen som gränsade till en tuppfarm. Två dagar som var en plåga för tupparna började gala halv fyra varje morgon och hundar som skällde. Hittade ett bättre och tystare hotell för att sova ifatt det vi förlorat. Nerver ever där igen!

The room was clean and tidy, if basic. But all I needed was a bed, toilet and shower. If I had one gripe the WiFi signal was poor but other than that I was happy with my experience and would consider using the hotel again.

コストパフォーマンスがいいホテル

一人旅で利用しましたが、Station3にあり脇道から約50～100mビーチを歩いたところにあります。 部屋はそれなりにきれいですが、難点としては次があげられます。 ・ドアのカギがぼろい ・シャワーの出が悪い ・ハウスクリーニングでタオルの交換を忘れることがある（言えば新しいのを交換してくれます） ・ドライヤーはロビーで借りてください（部屋にはありません） ・シャンプーは持参しましょう ・鶏の声が朝方から聞こえます ・WIFIサービスもありますが、まともに使えませんでした。 これらが耐えられない人はやめておいたほうがいいでしょう。しかしながら、ベットは大きく寝るには快適です。

지난해 7월 방문 시 아쉬웠던 사항들 중 와이파이 문제점이 상당히 호전된 상태이지만, 아직도 아쉬운 점은 인근 시설들에서 편안하게 이용할 수 있는 사진전송, 동영상전송 등을 전혀 이용할 수 없는 현실이 가장 아쉬웠는데,,,이유가 뭔지는 파악할 수 었었습니다...다음번 방문 전까지는 문제점이 개선되길 희망합니다...

OK but dissapointed

The toilet in our room does not flush properly :(. The public toilet near the restaurant is dirty, has no toilet paper and no soap to wash hands afterwards. Nothing exciting about the resort itself and restaurant uninteresting. The breakfast was bland and expensive. The room was ok but there was construction going during our stay in Aug 2017. Not a good sight. The location was very good though being beachfront and next to Andoks.

Price does not match with the service and quality

I checked in on August 1 at 2 am. The staff was using or playing on his phone while he was taking to me dies not even paying attention. He just gave me the room key took us to our room and left. The bathroom was not flushing too, they tried to fixed but still did not work. We ended up using a bucket to flush the toilet. I was also overcharged $168 dollars on 3 plates of breakfast instead of on $16. Be sure to look at the charges they made before you sign the receipt or leave the hotel. The room is descent in size but, the bath tub does not have any shower curtain so, the water goes to the floor, just be careful not to slide on the wet floor. The only thing I like is the location which is beach front.

2016년 8월27일부터 9월1일까지 처음으로 뱀부 비취 리조트에 투숙했던 경험이 있어서 2017년 3월4일 부터 3월8일까지 여행도 망설임없이 예약하여 두번째 투숙을 했고, 이번엔 7월 17일부터 7월24일까지 세번째투숙을 하였습니다. 지난 경험을 기준으로 살펴본 결과, 직원들의 호의는 역시나 최상의 서비스로 최선을 다하는 모습였으며 지난 방문시 지적했던 와이파이 성능은 보다 개선된 것을 느낄수 있었으나 아직도 연결시 중간중간 끊김현상이 지속되는것을 경험했습니다. 그리고 지난번 지적했던 침대의 불량상태는 개선된 것을 확인하였습니다. 무엇보다도 먼저 뱀부 비취 리조트가 시급히 최우선적으로 시정해야 할 사항으로는, 불안정한 와이파이 접속성능 개선을 우선적, 조속한 조치를 해야할 것으로 확신합니다..

generally not bad at all. it's location is a plus, staff are accommodating. my room was on the 2nd floor so its quite tiring going up and down the stairs all the time. no shampoo, toilet tissue was not replenished all throughout my 3 day stay. electric hot pot and cups with teaspoons were provided. wifi was ok but the kitchen was a bit smelly.

不太理想的体验

优点：位于S2与S3交界的位置，位置还算对得起价格，优点是酒店内有午饭和晚饭还有SPA。 缺点：房间内连不上酒店WIFI，住了5天没有房屋打扫，最要命的是位于侧面的这几个房间对着旁边炸鸡店散养鸡的区域，每晚夜里3点鸡就打鸣，和前台提出换房间被没有空余房间拒绝。

Beach front hotel

Had a lovely stay , staff were nice and the front desk staff were helpfull, the beach sitting area were well maintain and clean for the guest, the buffet is good and affordable the wifi work well inside our room. Room were we stayed is very basic and a bet old but we spent mostly outdoor or at the beach and only come to change or sleep. Taking the hotel transport to airport was a good idea and convenient if your leaving for early flight .

Мы жили в общем здании в стандартном номере с двумя двуспальными кроватями с 21 по 25 ноября. С заявленного балкона открывался вид на выгребную яму со сточными водами ,запах соответствовал виду. Кроме этого в отеле происходил ремонт, о чем не было предупреждено. Шум доставлял дискомфорт. Двери в номерах закрываются с таким грохотом, что по ночам от этого звука просыпались наши дети. К тому же отель заполнен в основном филиппинцами, для которых в 4 часа ночи вынести в общий коридор и включить достаточно громко магнитофон вообще не проблема. На следующую ночь, после замечания, они дотерпели до 7 утра, после этого открыли дверь и включили музыку на полную громкость. В номерах убираются только после обращения на ресепшен. Во время небольшого тайфуна отключили свет, не было воды и интернета, при этом в соседнем отеле все из перечисленного работало. Часто из кухни доносились неприятные запахи. В общем, больше чем 2 отелю я дать не могу. Единственный плюс этого отеля - это расположение и наличие в номере двух двуспальных кроватей.
