Boracay in February

The weather was hot and humide for our stay, the rooms where good pretty quiet at night, the beds where super firm too hard for me what made my sleeping not always restful.

This was my first visit to Boracay and my stay at Erus Suites Hotel spanned three nights. I received a complimentary upgrade, which I appreciated. However, the room had ants in several areas and a noticeable odor in the bathroom facility. The staff were exceedingly accommodating and sprayed the room twice. Otherwise, the hotel is conveniently situated near White beach, station 3, numerous shopping venues, restaurants, bars, and attractions. My rating reflects my experience with the room; otherwise, I had a pleasant stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The place and staff members are nice. However, it needs better administrators. 3 nights and we only had 1 small roll of toilet paper for two people. They cleaned the room and didn’t leave one either. No toilet paper in the restaurant’s restroom. The room smell was odd. They had a loooot of staff members and they are nice and attentive, but maybe have less staff for that and have someone doing Constance maintenance.

Stay in general is good. Nice room, food is okay but a 4 year old kid have to pay for her breakfast which I dont think acceptable. Bidet is broken, we cannot use it. Staffs were nice and pleasant.

Cleanliness and good Environment is important.

I booked a rooms for my family down in Philippines. I heard from my brother that the service is good, employees are friendly and they are easy to communicate. I booked 2 room for my parents and siblings. One of the aircon is not working good.
