We stayed at the hotel over the year-end, but it was very noisy at midnight. The hotel’s facilities were old, and the elevator was out of service. The area is lively and convenient with many people staying there. The hotel is cheap but offers value for the price.

A great friendly bar. Staff were the best. Breakfast buffet was very Filipino based, nothing for foreigners. As a 77 year old I found it difficult to walk adjacent to the pool towards my room. Staff did their best to keep walkway dry but you can't stop kids from splashing

The hotel staff were polite and accommodating; however, our overall stay was very disappointing. The electricity fluctuated frequently, and the generator kept overheating, which caused the air conditioning in our room to stop working. Unfortunately, my son and I both developed a high fever during our stay, and the lack of proper cooling added significant stress and discomfort. I requested at least a partial discount due to these issues, but the hotel did not coordinate with Expedia and never provided any update or resolution. Because of this experience, I will not choose to stay at this hotel again when I visit Boracay.

Stay away! Waste if money.

Terrible hotel, incompetent housekeeping personnel who do not know how to clean the room...just sweeped the floor and left, didn't refill the toiletries or made up the end or washed the coffee cups. The management tolerates liquor drinking and smoking infront of guest rooms until midnight with people shouting and laughing like it's their private place, your room will smell like cigarettes especially the row of 1009-1017, 1008-1016...in the morning, the area looks like a dumpster of trash left behind people.

Приятный отель

Хороший бюджетный вариант на первой линии, прямо на пляж выходите из отеля. Очень удобные кровати, чистое белье, приветливый персонал. В наличии все нужные услуги в номере: сейф, холодильник, чайник и чайные принадлежности, телевизор со множеством каналов, кондишка сплит система, бассейн, хороший спа салон при отеле, шведский стол. И я это перечисляю не просто так, потому что для Боракай в отелях средней цены это большая редкость. При бронировании обязательно просите номера 3-4 этаж будет посветлее. Во всех номерах отсутствует вид из окна, от слова совсем, окна выходят на стены соседних отелей и номера очень темные, дневной свет не попадает, балконов нет. Есть люксы с видом на море и с личной террасой, в количестве 4 шт на весь отель. Нам понравилось в целом, отелем довольны.

L'hôtel est bien situé, tout près de la plage et en plus il y a une piscine. Les wc ne sont pas équipés de douchette et en plus il ne faut pas jeter de papier toilette dedans sous peine de les boucher, aussi il faut se doucher après avoir fait ses besoins. Le wifi était en panne et le réseau téléphonique de Boracay aussi. Les fast-foods de Boracay sont bruyants et il y a plus de monde que dans ce de Manille. Je ne retournerai plus jamais à Boracay.

Hotel is situated right in front of the beach which is brilliant. Excellent staff. Very clean room and we’ll maintained pool. Food’s good but lacking fresh fruits. Some of the residents are quite noisy at times.

There wasa tyhpoon and we had to stay extra night went to front desk they wanted to charge me 4800 peso anight as a walk in i went online and got the room for 2700 peso anight i asled why so exspensive they said i was walkin i didnt even check out of my room yet so they dont care about you just money and also the Chinese had cheaper rate than me for walkin i cant prevent the westher but they should help you not gouge you i spent alot of money there but i will never go back December 4 2019

Terrible stay

Air conditioning was not working well. Told the front desk. They said they checked it and it was ok. Room never made it to a comfortable level. Room was booked with a free dinner. Hotel only honored dinner for one night not the two nights booked. At checkout they tried to charge us for the dinner. We had to remind them. Room was noisy till 4:00 am. Hard to sleep.

立地はそこそこだが不安の多いホテル

チェックイン時、旅程表は印刷して持って来ないと困ると言われた。 Wifiが滞在中壊れており二日間使用出来なかった。謝罪の一言も無かった。プランにwifiは含まれているにも関わらず利用料を追加されそうになった。無料は1人1コネクションまで。追加は別途だった。部屋では快適にwifiを利用出来なかった。 朝食は毎日ほぼ同じ内容。6時台はまだ良いが9時台になると品数も減り冷たかった。 掲載写真と実物が異なり、かなり古くメンテナンスされていない。(1階のプール側のトイレは便座が無い物まであった。部屋のコンセントも少なく一部壊れていた。) 滞在客はほぼアジア系。近隣の新しいホテルから深夜まで音楽が聞こえる。ほとんどの部屋が窓を開けると横の建物の壁。 チェックアウトの明朝、空港までの送迎をお願いしたが前日までに予約しなければならないそう(事前説明無し)。 金庫が開けれないトラブルがたまたま発生したところ、ハウスキーピングがあっさりと開けれることが発覚。スーツケースに貴重品は入れた方が無難。 唯一深夜のセキュリティのスタッフとビーチ沿いのバーのスタッフの対応には好感が持てた。

Not worth the price

We were in Boracay recently and booked our stay with Golden Phoenix. The first room offered to us had two single beds. The picture used on this website is quite misleading as I was told there are very few rooms in the hotel with a king size bed. Also, the room seemed to have been cleaned but one of the beds had a lot of sand on it. After speaking to reception we were finally given a new room with a king bed. The wifi system is quite annoying as well. At the front desk they display prices for wifi usage but we were given free access, only thing was we had to get a new code every 24hours. The breakfast mainly offers South-east Asian cuisine and nothing to write home about. The hotel is located in Station 3 but if you are a family or a want to get some sleep at night, I would recommend Station 1 or the end of Station 2 closer to Station 1. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The money is better spent elsewhere.

近沙灘，比較多亞洲旅客入住，酒店牛腩麵好食，早餐 buffet 一般，Main road 入酒店條路有點遠，而且路不平，有水灘，拿行理不好走

The check in was okay , but was disappointed with the room , as no view just cement wall outside the window , had 2 single beds instead of king bed , safe not work had to get another safe . the bed was hard , so not good sleep ! The breakfast was very disappointing , not much choice . Hotel in need of repair as lots of rotten wood

가격대비 괜찮은 숙소엿음 ㅋㅋ 첨에 예약해놓은방이 이미 나갓다고 해서 더 업그레이드 된 방을 받게 된건 좀 개이득 ㅋㅋ 위치는 스테이션 1이랑은 좀 멀어서 아쉽지만 바이크 타고 다녀서 상관없엇네요~ 아참 여기가면 1층에 있는 마사지샵 완전 강추 ㅋㅋ해변에 있는곳보다 100페소정도 비싸지만 매우 훌륭 힘이 다르더라구요 굿굿
