Every staff member we encountered was very nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast buffet could have had more variety and sometimes food was not replenished. It took a long time to get ahold of the operator and i had to call multiple times for certain things because they wouldn’t bring it.

Lovely place. The restaurants on the property is really good, the breakfast buffé has many options including a egg station. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I honestly don’t have one negative thing to say about this place. 10/10 would recommend.

We travelled with kids and Station 2 is a busy area and lots of loud music at night, this resort has a live band playing til 10pm but isn’t as obnoxious as other resorts nearby. The rooms are really nice and clean. The pool water is kind of chilly. There’s a lot of walkable restaurants and the resort allow access to the beach, I would stay here again!

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms, the layout of pools, restaurant, location was convenient to everything. Collen front desk, Renalen OJT, Micheal lifeguard, Joy housekeeping, Brian bartender, Jed OJT, and so many more staff that made our stay memorable!! We will be back again!! It was such a pleasure to spend 5 days at Mandarin Bay in Boracay. Everything new, pure clean, great food and the most friendly staff I have ever seen. If I would have to point something special about Mandarin Bay, that would be the service. Everyone is so detail oriented, helpful, nice and polite. We really felt special there. Totally recommended.

Had a short stay at this Amazing hotel with Worlds Best hotel staff. From receptionists, bar tenders, waiters, room attendants, concierge, guards and pool attendant Sam and Cath😘 Everyone was very helpful and professional. Love them❤️ The hotel is very nice and clean, very cozy day and night. Food was delicious with plenty of choices. Highly recommended to think it is just their soft opening. Will deffinitely come back and excited to see Mandarin Bays fully opened.

This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Boracay. I really enjoyed the vibe—it's relaxing, and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. However, for a resort that presents itself as 5-star, there are areas that need improvement. The gym is extremely small and has very basic equipment. For a luxury resort, I expected a more spacious and well-equipped fitness center, especially since some guests do want to stay active even while on vacation. Another major letdown was the breakfast buffet. The food selection was disappointing, with a heavy focus on pork products and very limited variety. During my 9-day stay, they served canned goods like tuna or sardines every morning—you could clearly tell they came straight from a can, which is unacceptable for a supposed 5-star establishment. The breakfast menu definitely needs a serious upgrade with more thoughtful and fresh options. Lunch and dinner buffets were better, but the preparation of the prime rib was very underwhelming. The chefs could benefit from more training in cooking high-quality meats—based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering prime rib here. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, and I appreciated the housekeeping staff who provided fresh fruits and snacks daily. Their attention to detail and hospitality added a nice touch to the stay.
