Habitación sin aire acondicionado

El Chateau estaba bien, pero la habitación ponía q tenía aire acondicionado y no lo tenía. Reclamé pero me dijeron q las habitaciones de aire acondicionado estaban ocupadas. Pedí una compensación por no tener aire y no me la dieron. Eso sí hoteles.com me dice q me compensarán con un bono pero estoy todavía esperándolo.

Cet hôtel est surtout un endroit pour des séminaires et des mariages, mais nous y avons séjourné 2 jours en semaine, comme d’autres clients qui étaient là en même temps que nous, et nous avons pu profiter du restaurant qui vaut le détour. Le personnel et la prestation de service à l’hôtel comme au restaurant sont impeccables.

A améliorer

Le personnel est très sympa et agréable ( surtout au petit déjeuner !), cependant, à ce niveau de prix , la clim serait le bienvenu. Pas de prise extérieure non plus pour recharger la voiture. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas le premier jour, à redémarré le second. Cadre très joli, petit déjeuner standard ; par rapport au restaurant qui est tres bien, c’était plutôt décevant.

Positives : Restaurant staff excellent and food was excellent. Even prepared a dish not on the menu. Location very quiet and safe secure parking. Hotel staff excellent Negatives : The Bedroom (4) needs repainting as several areas were damaged and paint flaking off. One window would not close fully. The bar area is very poor, needs to be upgraded (more like a hostel). A company was using some of the area so was not accessible. Only one local beer in bottle available (not recommended). Breakfast was basic continental breakfast, a little too basic. If they want return custom improvements are required.

Great place to stay

The Chateau is lovely. The rooms are at the side of it. They are modern, clean and stylish, but very modern and not the biggest, but for one night it was good and the en-suite was spotless too. The staff were lovely, and when we struggled with our French, they immediately spoke fantastic English. The restaurant and staff were great too, and so helpful.

Nuit horrible, premièrement quand je prends ma douche je m’aperçois qu’il n’y avait plus aucun produit de douche ni shampoing dans le conteneur.... et une goutte de mousse qui j’imagine s’utilise aus en effet je suis tombé sur une chambre avec 2 lits simple alors que j’étais seule. J’ai passé la moitié de la nuit sur un de lits qui était dur et avec surtout le resort en fer dans le dos....

Nice exterior, no clue.

Beautiful chateau and grounds, disappointing rooms in the exterior buildings, poor furnishings. This seems like a hotel with new owners who have taken over a very lovely property and have no idea what to do with it. Instead of toiletries, there are automatic foaming soap dispensers in the bathrooms— it’s like staying in a dorm or a public bathroom. The rooms are very small, room 13 (avoid) is tiny with a sagging mattress and a hideous purple wall and matching velour headboard. No closets. No assistance with luggage on arrival: we were just pointed in the direction of our room across the courtyard. Some of the young staff are enthusiastic and kind, but seem inexperienced. The on site restaurant is adequate, but not a good example of Bordelais gastronomy. This hotel is 3 stars and inexpensive for a reason. The owners should visit some of the other nice hotels in the region to get a sense of how to improve their property and service. Not up to the standard of the region.

The room was very spacious and the amenities were very good. It was quiet, the breakfast was plentiful and reasonably priced, and the hotel restaurant was very good. Ambience was nice as were the gardens surrounding the chateau.

séjour Chateau la Chèze plus que déçu

A l'arrivée waouh extérieur super. Mais à l'ouverture de la porte de la chambre, oh c'est ça pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles que des meubles et tasses IKEA à l’intérieur des chambres , très déçue ,le prix de la chambre 130€ sans le petit déjeuner trop chère. je ne recommande pas l'hôtel : Château La chèze.

The chalets are lovely spotlessly clean. We arrived with two German Shepherds who loved the run of the grounds. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are excellent Would definitely stay here again.

Chambre annulée la veille avec un replacement dans un hotel 2 étoiles..... obligée de se fâcher pour maintenir la chambre. Personnel qui ne rappelle pas. Tres déçue pour un 3 étoiles.
