“We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Krone Heritage. A special thank you to Yasmin and Adeeb for their amazing service and hospitality. We stayed for one night to be closer to Sarajevo Airport for our early morning flight. The room was spacious, and the free on site parking was a great plus. Although the AC wasn’t working, we were able to open the windows for a comfortable stay. Since we had to leave before breakfast was served, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us, which we truly...

“Exceptional customer service. Great value.”

“Nothing good at all.”

“Very disappointed!! Room was very old and used up and had stains on bed sheets! Bathroom had extremely scratched faucet, shower door wasn’t sealing and water was coming out while showering, shower floor was banding underneath my feet, drain cover was completely loose, pieces of toilet paper laying on the tiles and had small flies flying from toilet seat. Hotel doesn’t have any wending machines!”

“Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept.”

“the employees were very rude”

“An Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service and Wonderful Staff! Our employees had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with their overall experience. From the moment they arrived, they were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant environment, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service delivered by the staff. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, ensuring that our...

“I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and apartments, but I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced an apartment as clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained as yours. The bed, pillows, bedding, and the overall comfort and atmosphere of the apartment deserve a 10+ rating! Everything was absolutely perfect, and I truly felt at home. I will definitely be returning in the future, and I will happily recommend your accommodation to all my friends and family.”

“The spa was phenomenal with deep pool, sauna, steam room, and hit tube. I have never seen such an excellent spa. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Even had a breakfast to go.”

“Clean and perfectly acceptable room situated in the heart of the city. This is not a luxury hotel but an affordable and sensible choice for someone requiring a convenient base in Sarajevo. Staff were most helpful and organised a fixed price airport transfer which was better than using a taxi.”

Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt.”

“One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, amazing location and very friendly and helpful staff. Would 100% stay here again!”

“Alles war in Ordnung👏”
