It was dirty, weed smell in the hallway, my tub barely drained, and you could tell they had rushed cleaning the room as I had to clean some surfaces myself. I as a guest should not have to wipe down the surfaces. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not good at all. Tried it twice, both times very disappointing. First morning the sausage patties were burnt and hard as a rock. The next morning they were out of scrambled eggs. I waited for about 20 min but they did not get more. I had to extend my trip but decided to switch hotels as I did not want to stay another night at this place.

The first floor was freezing. Loud. You hear every single person walking by and talking. They're were ants in the bathroom and the shower. There was hair stuck on wall of bathtub.

the hallways have no insulation so rain, water and cold air blows into them. the rooms have no microwave, the fridge kept freezing over, and the toilet barely worked. my friemd who also stayed his room didnt even have hot water

I think the hotel was under renovations so the outside walls and the hallways were freezing and there were areas where you could put your hands through cracks in the partition. It’s ok though…. Renovations can do that. The bed was super comfy and clean! I didn’t move all night and had a wicked restful sleep! The water was hot and the toilet worked! That’s good enough for me!!

Overall the experience was okay. My partner and I didn’t spend too much time at the property, but the room had a weird smell, the WiFi didn’t work, the breakfast was very limited, and the parking was chaotic. They could’ve paid more attention to the cleaning before assigning the room to their costumers.

Overall, the stay was okay. The hallways that were connecting to the main lobby were extremely cold. It is set up like a motel, but a “hotel” because it was enclosed. The parking here is extremely limited. Many guests had to park illegally. Every time I went in and out the main entrance guests were smoking. The free breakfast was the same each day. The upside…it was surprisingly quiet and one of the maintenance workers named Milton was extremely polite and helpful.

I didn't like the fact tht no plugs beside the bed ..people uses their phones off and battery goes down so taking a rest and have to go to desk for charging its a no no for me

Positive Aspects: The property has a good location, close to the train station and the shuttlers service to the train station. Good breakfast. Negative aspects: Improve carpet cleaning.

I stayed here with family and it was terrible. Each room had something wrong, one room had no running water, another room the fridge was not working, then the toilet in my room flooded, and we had a shower door missing. The hallways are freezing. Parking is limited from what I saw. I’m thankful I only had to stay there for one night, I won’t be returning.

Shuttle not available for pickup when called at 10:40PM. Told it stopped running more than 1 hour previous. Had paid for Park Sleep Fly with expectation of pickup at end of trip. Had to call Uber to get back to pick up car

Sorry about the inconvenience but when looking at the reservation details this reservation was not booked to include park sleep and fly. our shuttle hours are 4am -11pm last call for airport pick up is 1030pm. if a park sleep and fly reservation was booked through our park sleep and fly.com portal . we will schedule pick up until midnight.Again , I apologize for the inconvenience

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a big problem with the hot water and we were not able to fully enjoy our stay because of this. Several other guests were also affected. Everything else about the hotel was great.

The hotel seriously needs to be fixed up. Shabby rooms with numerouse things in need of attention. Bathroom faucet leaked, bathroom light fixture has three lights with only one working. Towel bar falling of the wall-- held in place only by caulking! Room heater not working.TV remote needing batteries. Door safety chain missing.
