We had a very enjoyable experience...the property staff were great...the rooms were roomy and clean. Would definitely stay here again...the price was much less than other hotels in the area. Very Impressed!

Most comfortable bed and pillows! Staff was extraordinary! The lighting is a little dim for applying makeup and food options are limited in The Bistro.

We booked a room with the breakfast option and paid upfront. There was no breakfast buffet onsite. You had to order breakfast separately at the bistro and they still charged us for it, essentially twice. No one on the staff explained how the process should work. Not sure if this was by design to charge customers twice. If 5 people show up at the bistro to eat breakfast it can be a long wait as they are not at all prepared for the ‘huge” crowd.

Although the staff was good and the property Is nice, I spoke the day before and morning of my stay here, and the person(s) I spoke to assured me there that I would get a room WITH A BATHTUB in the shower. My room had no bathtub, and although they said the could switch us to another room all the way on the other side of the building. I already put all of our belongings in the room. Also, my wife is handicapped so it is not easy to move all we travel with. ALSO, I booked our stay at this venue so I could have a tub and a WHIRLPOOOL bath, which I was stated you had...the night before and the morning of....yet I got here and the Hot tub was broken. Also, we were planning on eating in the restaurant and it was closed for the holidays. I feel like this place gave me false advertising and it was really disappointing...although I like your venue and cleanliness and staff...you must say when booking if what you are advertising is not available...We would have chosen a different hotel

Pillows are not good and extremely uncomfortable as I had a difficult time staying a sleep and co-worker next morning had the exact same complaint.

Attending Colorado football game and this was a great place to stay. Extremely clean, staff very polite and helpful, location was excellent, just call an Uber and campus is very near and there are numerous restaurants to choose from. Enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The room was exceptional. It was very clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk were definitely friendly and helpful. We were unaware that we couldn’t get anything for breakfast after 9:30 AM during the week. But there are lots of great options in Boulder. If I had to stay in Boulder again for one night, I would definitely stay here again.
