“A great base for ski- in and out with friendly staff and good food. Only negative was the dining arrangements which might be helped by allocating room numbers to tables as experienced in other hotels, and to have 2 set sittings to regulate and accommodate groups and the noise!”

“Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. When we got to the "right" hotel, they couldn't find our booking - absolute shambles. We were "lucky" we didn't have young children in tow. Also the...

“Expérience décevante rien à voir avec les photos du site, spa fermé non renseigné sur le site, aucune personne à l’accueil. Nous étions les seuls clients de l’établissement. Pas pu avoir de renseignements sur les infos de l’hébergement et l’appartement était très sale et peu accueillant. ”

“I had a construction site view, and the construction work went on until 8pm. I was glad I could leave. When this kind of inconvenience is going on, I think facilities need to inform guests before they come. And when I tried to complain, the Hotel was not ready to listen and the front kept yelled at me ‘ the workers speak Italian and we cannot do anything!’ So I decided to leave as soon as possible. It was a painful experience.”
