"Awful breakfast (grey eggs/stale bread/dirty dishes etc). Entire hotel suffered from delayed maintenance. Dingy. Chipped paint/plaster/floor tiles. Security lock was coming loose. "

"Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing due to issues with the air conditioning. We booked a double suite, but the AC in the room did not work at all—no matter how we adjusted the thermostat, it would not turn on. We reported the issue to the front desk, and initially they said they would try to get a repair person to look at it. However, later that evening we were informed that no maintenance staff would be available until Monday, leaving the problem unresolved during our stay. To their credit, staff did check the unit and confirmed the issue, but the only solution offered was a box fan placed in the window. Unfortunately, this was not a sufficient fix. After two nights of poor sleep in an uncomfortable room, it was clear the staff did not have an effective plan to resolve the situation. Overall, this significantly impacted our experience. "

"WOW! My graduation weekend was made 10000x better by staying at this hotel. Nice pool, amazing breakfast, and wait for it….. A GAS FIRE PIT?! that we were all able to sit on the patio and enjoy after the festivities of the day were over. Absolutely amazing. We are coming back here anytime we have to be in Danvers/ North Shore!"

"Easy accessible,friendly staff"

"The room was generally clean, but the amenities were terrible. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. There were reusable fillable containers that were empty.. We had no toilet paper. I had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels and we just made do with the one bar of soap we were given. The bed was fine. There is a refrigerator. The breakfast was awful. The coffee maker wasn’t working and then by the time they got it working it was basically Sanka/some powdered coffee mix. "

"This is an excellent location for a large group or family setting. Highly recommended with friendly staff members. My wife and daughter indicated that the lobby area Women's bathroom was well used and could use some attention but the Men's room was just fine. The shower heads can use an update but the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The room was serviced each day as well. The on premise water park is a highly recommend and is large and spacious and can accommodate large crowds. A highly recommended facility for any occasion and event, and I have stayed here before. A big fan."

"The tv didn’t turn on at all and the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The refrigerator was filled with water from being broken. The towels were not properly cleaned as we found boogers on one of the towels. Def would not recommend a stay here. Very disappointing to say the least. "

"Excellent location, easy self-checkin, responsive offsite staff. The room was cozy, clean, and included everything I needed. The only issue was noise - I could hear the people who checked-in above me from 5 pm till they finally went to bed a little after midnight. People seem oblivious to how easily impact noise travels in old NE construction. My room was also overlooking the parking lot and noise carried up easily from that."
