โWhat a fantastic little gem of a find. Close the lovely clean sand beaches, nice bars & restaurants. Yet very relaxing & quiet, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our girlie weekend break โ
โA very warm welcome and a lovely room. Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet for a good night's sleep. A short walk to the beach and pier, and also not too far to the town centre. My only negative was the bathroom is tiny. I would definitely consider staying here again.โ
โA very comfortable small room but adequate. Very nice breakfast and staff are truly amazing.
Excellent location and neighbouring eateries.
Major drawback is parking adjacent car park poorly maintained and not secure but very cheap ยฃ7 for 24 hours. BiC ยฃ22.50 for same period.โ

โMeget fin oplevelse. Dejligt hotel, der byder pรฅ langt mere end hvad det ser ud til udefra. Vรฆrelset var meget lรฆkkert og morgenmaden udmรฆrket. Vi bestilte afternoon tea i hotellets bar/cafe og det kan klart anbefales. โ
โA lovely hotel, it doesn't look like much from the outside but the room we were in was very nice, high ceilings, a view of the water and the main pier from the bed, furniture in a pleasant classic style complemented the room. The bathroom was standard and clean. In the evening it was lovely to sit in the armchairs with a view. I highly recommend it.โ

Enjoyed the courtyard woth a couple of drink barstaff very friendly and service with our meal was excellent โ

โWe had a lovely one night stay, the property exterior needs some TLC but the inside was lovely. Staff friendly, clean room, easy late check in. Four of us stayed room 14 lovely spacious and very comfortable. Amazing value for money ๐โ
โGreat hotel. Have been coming for years for an annual birthday night out with a group of friends. Guy at reception was very friendly, especially as we were concerned we may not be able to park there as no space, but did manage to in the end. Hotel is great...not the most modern, no, but homely and rooms have always been spacious, clean and welcoming. The bar/club is great for a night out. Would definitely recommend. Very close to town centre and beach too. Well done Royal Exeter!โ
โDas Hotel lag nicht weit weg von einem sehr schรถnen Strand. Die Bushaltestelle vor der Tรผr eignet sich perfekt fรผr Ausflรผge. In direkter Umgebung gibt es auch auรerhalb des Hotels gutes Essen und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Service war super und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefรผhlt als Familie. Auch der Hauseigene Pool war super um Abends noch ein wenig zu entspannenโ
