Room was nice enough, but couch needed replaced: cushions were flat and uncomfortable. Would have preferred curtains over blinds since bedroom was at front of unit. Everything else was fine.

2nd time !!! Home away from home!!
We stayed here 2 years ago and it was wonderful so this time we decided to stay again!! It was just as nice as we remembered!! Very clean has everything you need and the bed and pillows are so comfortable!! It’s right there close to everything!! Highly recommend this place!!

Check in was horrible. The front desk clerk took the money off my card and put it on the guest account that was checking in before me. Sent me a message saying that I need take care of the payment for the room didn't know what they were talking about. Call my credit card company and they said the money was paid. The hotel found out that the money went on the other guys account. I was very upset and angry. Stains were on the carpet had to walk around the room with my house shoes on. Room was nice just need to clean the carpet and update the furniture. Furniture was outdated.

French Quarter review
Was directed to a unit that the front desk said may not be ready, but to go ahead. Was not ready so we called. They immediately put us into the next door one. Although small, the stay was adequate and comfortable. The few small things that we called about, (internet not working, screen off patio door) were fixed within a very short time. Pool is fantastic, shuffleboard, playground all good. Did not get to the gym for lack of time. Very quiet and peaceful location.

We really like coming to this property every summer. However, this year there were a few issues. The bedding for the queen size pull-out sofa was "twin size" and we had to call 2 times to get the proper bedding, which we didn't receive until day 2 of our stay. Also, the bathroom sink was majorly clogged. The maintenance guy did come fairly timely to fix it, which we appreciated. The walls are super thin and we had lots of noise--- kids crying, people being loud, etc. for a few of our days there. The ceiling fan in the bedroom only ran on super-slow speed. No pizza pan in the kitchen and very few adequate supplies to cook with and utilize that space. We were a little disappointed this year. On a positive note, the pool areas are fantastic, as well as, the playground and game area. It feels very safe there and the parking is good. Great location for dining and shopping, using the alternate routes of Branson.

Site is clean and centrally located near Branson activities. Furnished with basic supplies. Great price. ----- Walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. The Wifi is slow. Good location.

Have stayed at the French Quarter on several occasions and have always enjoyed my stay. The bathroom had some floor tile that was loose and there was hair in the bathtub and the people above us seemed to pound the floor as they walked or ran all hours of the night. Still enjoyed our stay tho.

Our condo was very comfortable and clean and well maintained. I’m a little picky about air vent and little nit picky things and our unit was in excellent condition. I would definitely stay there again. It was right on Hwy 76. Great access to everything but no noise from traffic or other units.

Clean rooms with a great pool but thin walls
The pool and game area is great. The rooms are lovely and clean and the jetted tub was great too. My only complaint is that the hotel called my room at 8:30 a.m. to ask about timeshares and the walls are SUPER thin. I could hear people talking and walking in surrounding units. I could even hear when the people moved in their beds above and next to us. However, all guests were respectful of this and it didn't affect our sleep. It just stressed me out a little trying to make sure our family didn't disturb our neighbors.

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. It is on the strip and has a spacious living room, kitchen and huge bathrooms. The water is hot and pressure is amazing. The 1 1/2 foot kiddie pool and splash pad is perfect for my little ones that can't swim and the bigger pool and hot tubs are great for my older ones. The resort has washer and dryers as well as all the amenities of home. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

Don’t stay here if you want peace and quiet.
We were excited to stay here but a few bad things turned this whole trip horrible. They allowed the neighboring guests to smoke weed, party all night and not do anything about it. Our room smelled like weed and they seemed to not care saying “we can’t kick anyone out.” Then went out to say no one else complained about them when I personally talked to a few others in our building who said they also called in to complain about the loud music and partying. I was told to call the cops if the partying and smoking was a problem! I believe that should be the resorts problem first and they just didn’t seem to care.

All employees appeared to be genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. It is a great location, the spacious condo was quite clean and there are some nice activities to enjoy. I highly recommend this facility and Branson overall for an enjoyable family vacation.

The pools were awesome! They had a kiddie pool that was great for smaller children! We really enjoyed our time there. The rooms were nice and spacious and we would sit on the balcony every night and enjoy the view of the pool and the lights of Branson!

The resort was very comfortable and quiet. The beds were a little hard, but we slept well. We enjoyed our time spent inside, and the grounds are beautiful! We were very close to lots of attractions and felt very safe!

The rooms are spacious. Check in was very easy. We appreciated the children's pool separate from the deeper pool. There are locked gates between the two, which is a great safety feature.
