The main issue was someone had clearly kicked in the door at some point and it hadn't been fixed yet, so the room wasn't really secure. Also had a hard time closing and *locking* the door.
Internet service was impossible. Kept kicking my husband off, when he could actually get signed in, and we wound up using his phone for wi-fi. Also needed more easier-to-get-to outlets, since we plug our laptops in (limited battery life).
I was initially put off by the bare hardwood floors, but when we got our invoice it showed that the rooms were intended as pet-friendly, so that explains that (will make a note, as we may be traveling with our cats sometime). Also, the tub was too small. (Husband has wide shoulders, is nearly 6' tall and fit in like a sardine; I can't get out of such a tub due to knee issues, so we had to just take showers.)
On the plus side: beds were comfortable and we slept like logs. It was a good location as in close to 76, but hard to navigate around to. The room was spotless and the AC worked, maybe a little *too* efficiently; microwave worked well, fridge was okay (and we appreciated not being charged extra for either). If you are simply looking for a comfortable place to sleep and relax, and you only need a phone and cable TV (no Internet), this place will likely fill the bill.
I don't see us staying here again, but you never know.
