We liked the scenery and ease of check in/out. We also enjoyed how there are activities such as finding gold coins on the property in exchange for prizes. We didn’t like one bathroom for 2 bedroom unit. The bathroom was rather small.

There was mold in downstairs room very bad smell stove didnt fully work and was very small no wash towels had to ask for them prices up by 30 -40 dollars with no upgrade in rentals but overall enjoyed my family

I read the reviews before going and was a little skeptical about what we were getting. The place was clean and fairly updated. We did have to clean the outdoor pool, but not that big of a deal to do. Staff was friendly and got us what we needed in a timely matter. Had issues with kids wanting to play on spiral stairs, but not a resort issue. I was there with my family of 8, and we would stay there again.

Terrible Room Conditions

The room we booked was not pictured online at the time that I booked it. I thought I was booking something completely different. The room we were given upon arrival appeared and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in days or weeks. The air filters looked like they hadn’t been changed in months. We found black mold in the corner of the ceiling in the bathroom. Less than a day into the stay, my wife was literally in tears because of the condition of the room. We approached management about the room, but there were no other rooms available. I will say that the staff is wonderful, and the outdoor amenities are great! However, I would not stay in this same room again.

The room was dirty. The building needed repairs. The pools needed repairs. The water in the room stunk! It smelled like sewage and after showering my skin still smelled. The couch and chair in the living area was filthy and super uncomfortable! The beds were old and barely usable. Sooo uncomfortable! We won't return here again even though we were return customers.

It was spacious for our large family. Our kids got locked in the bedroom Friday night and we had to take the door off the hinges. The pool was kid of dirty. Wish there was a game room or sand volleyball or more outdoor activities.

Silver Dollar City with ease

The resort, while older, was very quaint and comfortable. The indoor pool is a plus as it rained half the weekend. We loved seeing the deer, geese, and ducks roaming the property. Our condo was VERY clean. The mattresses were on the dated side but were fine. Plus...did I mention it was CLEAN! Easy access to Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake

Affordable family rates Good location

Very family friendly resort with lots of different rental options. We stayed in what was called 2 bedroom apartment which was smaller than I thought. Don’t plan on using sleeper sofa it is futon and more comfortable as a sofa. Friendly staff very accommodating and rental fit our budget. This resort will remind you of resorts as they were when family owned. Not fancy, basic expected amenities and fun surprises for the kids. Lake access and close to Silver Dollar City.

We enjoyed the entire property. The indoor pool kept my 3 teens occupied during down time. They had a great weekend and no one even thought about wanting to any video games or sit on their phones. They were out swimming and looking around anytime we were at the resort

Super quiet place although we were there off season so don’t know how it would be in busy season. Awesome helpful staff especially since we checked in after 9pm. James came to help direct us to the correct room.

The room smelled like a cigarette smell. I smelled the walls, sheets, curtains, etc. nothing smelled, maybe it was in the carpet. Who knows, Overall the room was GREAT. My room mate can't smell anything anymore (not due to the virus) just a sense of loosing smell in life. The price was great for us. Also, it is very close to Silver Dollar city, which we didn't go to, but we had great access if we were!! The intersection-entrance to turn into SDC off the hwy was a bit tricky. I didn't have an accident, but i can see how people could. Be safe! We enjoyed our stay there, perfect for two people.

Water had a bit of a sewer smell to it but other than that good place. Not very toddler friendly to put up a bed for them in the bedrooms as well.
