"Very well renovated motel, nice looking room, new bathroom fixtures. Good locaition off of I-91, small grocery in Northfield 5 miles away. Definitely recommend it, only lacks food/groceries nearby (looks like their restaurant is in the process of renovation though)."
"Was a clean and quiet room, exactly what I needed when home visiting family. It's perfectly situated by the interstate and has everything the seasoned traveler is looking for in a hotel."
"The room was clean and surprisingly quiet but everything is kind of shabby and dated. I paid $140 for a room that was worth about $100. Man at the front desk was very nice."
"Excellent basic comfortable hotel room. There is a fridge and microwave, the hotel was quiet, and the staff were courteous. Everything was very clean. Location is convenient. Highly recommended!"
"Place was absolutely nasty. There is blood on the walls if I wasn't out of state and couldn't get another motel for a decent price.I would have flipped out."
"I work hard and needed the perfect relaxing place. We booked a night while we were passing through town and it was exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a Vermont establishment. The beer was great, the meatballs were literally amazing. At first I felt the price of the pizza was a bit high but after eating it I had zero regrets, worth it.
Our room was above the bar and provided ear buds. We wouldn’t need them on this night because we may have been the only guests. The room was minimal with no air conditioning, television or other modern amenities to ruin the sounds of the river outside our window. The peeping frogs were a nice touch also.
We give this place a 10 out of 10. Get the pizza."
"This truly a gem! One of two remaining historic hotels in Detroit, everything about this hotel was something special. The room was spacious and creatively decorated with a large selection of LP's in the hallway. This also included a record player.
The queen size beds were extremely comfortable. The fact that this hotel was walking distance from a diverse restaurant and entertainment options. This was especially true for me, the Vegan.
Mykayla was extremely friendly and resourceful. Bypass all the others and head to the Lacish Hotel, you will not be disappointed."
