Average stay. Room was comfy enough and in clean condition looked solid. Mini fridge is nice to have. Tv remote sucked and the sheets were short and not all comfy but bed was good and pillows also made up for that. There was one single tissue paper in the complimentary tissue box which is almost a joke but not a big deal but decent stay. A little overpriced for this place though.

Hotel room was very clean. Overall nice stay for a great price if you’re looking for just the essentials. Only issues we had were that the bathroom outlets didn’t work and the bathtub drain stopper doesn’t close properly. Staff was helpful and kind.

An excellent motel.

A clean room in safe location, unfortunately the street can be noisy when loud cars drive by but this isn’t the motels fault. The room had a fridge but we needed ice. The ice machine was a present but unplugged. I will stay in this motel repeatedly.

The room was exceptionally clean. You can hear no noise from street traffic from inside the room. I think they have an electric water heater - it takes a few moments for the water to heat up. I would stay there again.

Went with out power for half day and then had to change rooms due to water issues , so was down graded. Beside those issues the place looks great. Very clean .

Was in town for training and just needed a place to stay. The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean. The mattress was a little too hard for me personally but that’s not something that I would negatively review the hotel on. Everyone’s sleeping comfortability is different. I was able to park right outside my room, which made it very convenient for me to bring stuff in and out.

I grew up on orange county and Brea is typically a decent city. We were only staying one night (basically sleeping) and thought this hotel was fine. NO NO NO. First room I was assigned the people next to me sounded like there was a DV situation going on and I def did not feel safe with my kids. I never saw that room and moved to an upstairs room. We walked in and it was awful. DIRTY is an understatement! Air was not turned on and when we turned it on an awful smell filled the room, the walls have NEVER been cleaned I am sure, bugs stuck in the screen, stains (like nasty stains) on the bed sheets, dirty bath tub, and someone's hair on the pillow case. We didn't even stay the night and had to find a new hotel. The staff was very nice when I showed the the pics and refunded me for the room and apologized. So the room itself was terrible but the area and staff were not bad... all I know is that it was not clean at all!

We were here to visit family for the holidays. Place was nice enough. At check in we were informed we were being charged more money as a security basically and it would be refunded after our trip. We still have not received so I called. The lady was incredibly rude, did not ask our name or room number. She said we damaged the whole room and were charged. The room was immaculate when we left! I asked for photos and she hung up on me. I truly hope people see this and stay away! If she would have asked our info I would have or sent photos but again she just hung up on me. Unacceptable

Could’ve been worse

We checked in late and it went pretty smoothly. The room was okay clean. The hot water for the shower never ran hot or warm. They charged us $30 stating we damaged the sheets and didn’t fully make the bed… I unfortunately started my cycle and it was one sheet not worth $30 dollars and they didn’t even give the courtesy of sending a bill. We had to contact them.
