"From housekeeping to the front desk, the best service I've ever had."

"Unfortunately, we went during the slow season. They don't open fully until May 1st. The bar wasn't open until 5pm and restaurants were not open. Pool was closed. No chairs on the deck. Everything was covered. Property was nice. Just would have been nice to have a few options."

"Clean but bleach smell was strong for me. Clubhouse doesn’t open until 8 and no coffee in room so tough for us early risers."

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this property in the future."

"Stayed for 3 nights in early October. The man in the office was polite and helpful with dining places and other things you wanted to know about. You could tell the motel was renovated not that many years ago. Our room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. If you enjoy wine they had a corkscrew and real wine glasses on a tray with the ice bucket, I liked that. The continental breakfast had everything you need for a good start to your day, even fresh sourdough bread to toast. That was a first at a motel and definitely a treat. We would stay there again in the future. "

"Cute place. Love the decor in the main house and room. Nice that they had water and snacks available at any time. Loved spending time on the big porch and in the rocking chairs. "
