โCheck in/out was confusing, not at the site but about 2 blocks away. Could tell some updates were done, beds were comfortable, air conditioner very noisy and psychotic, would run, stop, run for 10 seconds, stop, run for awhile, repeat pattern, but cooled, no light by the beds. But we managed for the 1 night stayโ
โFood was good, beds were good, ac worked, had an xbox in kids room so kids could play after swimming! Tub drain plug was broken but we got it figured out!โ
โFor the price, this was an excellent hotel. The pool and hot tub were in excellent shape. There was a hot breakfast and all of the staff were very attentive and friendly. There were many restaurants within a mile or two. I would not hesitate to stay there in the future.โ
โThe only negative I have are the sheets. Nice and soft, but the elastic was shot so the sheets kept getting untucked.
Otherwise, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. โ
โEverything about the property was great. I especially have to give kuddos to the General Manager! He let us check in a bit early and was so nice in going above and beyond!โ
โThe staff was so friendly and answered any questions we had promptly. We were greeted by all the staff as we passed by or when we were being served. We look forward to staying at the Quarterdeck in the future.โ
โProperty is well maintained! The dock and beach was very clean! Everything was clean. Accommodations were as described and staff were friendly. Enjoyed the quiet environment!โ
โClean, spacious oasis on the lake, owner is amazing to assit if you ever have any questions. Nice quiet and serene place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenic lake right outside your patio door. Definitely a new fav spot if mine and my daughter's. Perfect distance from stores. Yet far enough to enjoy sounds of the lake and nature.โ
