โRestaurant and staff were great; โair conditioning unitโ was just short of horrible, loud and went on and off with a thud every 30 secondsโฆ.try to sleep through that! And, the door separating one unit from the next is thin enough to hear conversations plus the TVโฆ..โ
โThis is our second time staying here and we will be coming back every year! We come to watch my best friend and her husband race at Brainerd International. The only complaint was when we went down for breakfast, we still had about 10 minutes before it ended but they were cleaning it out and unplugged the waffle maker in the middle of making a waffle, they took the syrup and utensils away while it was clear we were still getting our breakfast. Other than that, it was perfect!! โ

โMy family loves this hotel and water park! This was our second year celebrating my daughterโs birthday here, and her older sister wants to stay here for her next birthday too. I love the water park area- itโs big enough to keep us all busy, but small enough to be able to locate all the kids fairly easily. The water and room temperature are perfect too!โ
โCragun's never disappoints!! We have been going there for years and it is ALWAYS a great time. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, setting is beautiful. โ
