โExceptional staff. They were friendly and helpful. They really care about their guests. Breakfast was excellent as was the pizza we had in the lounge. I really felt at home there.โ
โCheck in and check out process was smooth and easy for it being completely hands off. The room was as advertised. Very beautiful and cozy space. Perfect for a couples getaway. Amenities available to the guests were great - Duluth Coffee is delicious. โ

โThe room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We noticed that the mop boards were missing in the hallway (on the first floor). Are you in the process of replacing them? The initial appearance seemed to be that the hotel was in disarray, but hopefully replacement is the reason for the missing mopboards. First impressions are important. Perhaps a sign letting people know why would ease their minds.โ
โBoth front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. However, the interior was dingy, the exterior was a total dump, and they seemed to be hosting a Harley convention. Around 15 bikers congregated outside the office entrance and partied late into the night. I was woken numerous times from bikers revving up their engines. I was disappointed and would not return. โ
